This is the screen where results are adjusted. The results entry cycle begins with the finish order entry - usually done via bar code scanning. Next, times are pulled into the system. Times can be pulled from a separate PC (software included), entered manually or pulled from one of the following electronic timers: The Time Machine, Sprint8, Chronomix, ChampionChip. The screen above is an example of where "fine tuning" of the results would occur. The window at the left shows the finish positions, times and "selects". The functions on the right show the types of adjustments can be made.
This function is used to import results collected by a chip scoring device. Finish times include all mid-point times (if any) as well as finish line times. Times are recorded on the chip scoring device and are either exported to a file or come to Race Director through a direct connection.
